This was an interesting review of the Mercedes system, but I doubt your prediction will age well. I have been driving FSD on Teslas since it first came out. The improvements, especially with Version 12, have been impressive. It keeps getting better and better with wireless updates. I enjoy participating in the improvements by recording messages when I need to take over driving the car, though I doubt I'm one of the drivers they are basing the updates on. Bravo to Mercedes for doing the hard work of complying with government regulations and legal positioning. But Elon's technology leadership, on display with Space X launches, will define the future of autopilot driving, IMHO. Time will tell.
